chicken liver...

I am going to go out tomorrow and pick up chicken liver.
I usually buy meat from Whole Foods Market, since I trust the store.
I often don't see the chicken liver from the Whole Foods.

If I get one from the asian grocery (well.. I am asian too), can I par-boil the surface area before feeding it or do you think it is just fine as raw?

It's just fine feeding it fresh as is, and more nutritious to boot.

Regards!
