Thawing and refreezing meat for a cat?

My new kitty, Onyx, loves raw feed. SHe didn't come to until just before Christmas. I have a lot of beef in the freezer from last years butchering.
I don't care much for roasts. If I were to partially thaw, cut up and refreeze it in cat sizes portions, would that be ok for my cats?

as long as you do it quickly, I think it should be ok. I've done it with some of the chicken I feed my cats

I thaw/refreeze a lot. Some of the stuff I get comes frozen, like the chicken heart, beef heart, then liver & kidney. I thaw it, portion it out, then refreeze with no problems.
