Yet another newcomer to raw

I recently switched both my cats to raw.

I started with frozen prepared (Nature's Variety, also Stella & Chewy's) but just got in a shipment from My Pet Carnivore.

I ordered the 5# tub of ground chicken supermix ("Contains 2/3 whole ground chicken with bones & organs. Plus 1/3 additional hearts, liver, and gizzards."), 2# of chicken hearts, and 6# of chicken necks.

I'm going to thaw and reportion everything soon, and was planning on giving each kitty approxiamately an ounce of the supermix, a heart, and half a chicken neck (generally slightly more than a half ounce) for each meal. I feel like this should be pretty well balanced... or do I need to supplement with more organ meat occasionally?

Determining too little / too much bone in a premix is easy - just check the stools. Determining the same in organ meats is much more difficult. I think you going to need to call the company and ask them how much of what organ(s) they put in their mix.
