My cat's diahhrea due to bad bacteria growth

I posted my concern on my cat on its parent forum.
I could not sleep well after finding the blood in his soft stool because I had similar incident with my former cat and it was just the start of serious illness he went through...

I took the stool sample to the vet and they found the bad bacterial growth. I was relieved that it was not parasite.
The vet said it could be caused by food indiscretion or stress.

Two things happened before he got that bloody stool.

I made a new batch of raw food. Both of my cats ate it.

I gave my cats bath first time since last December... I usually give them bath once in three to four months.

So, it could have been caused by either of them. Stress from bath or the new batch of food is not good. My older cat is fine with the food. She is eating a little less but she eats. She is picky.
I am just so not sure why one of cats is having a problem again.

If you're looking for help from us, we'll need a bit more info, I think.

Specifically, what kind of bacterial growth did the vet find? What kind of test did he do and what treatment did he prescribe?

When you say, "...made a new batch of raw food." could you be precise about what, how much and how you "made" that food?

Finally, if you don't mind, please list everything the cat w/diarrhea ate in the 32 hours prior to the diarrhea.

Hopefully, one of us will be able to help you!

I've had two feline vet specialists tell me that the likelihood of a cat getting sick from a food bacteria is very low. They have very hostile guts and a short digestion time.

Maybe that helps a bit?
