I dont know much about raw but I do know there is a lot of controversy on raw food bacteria.

It's always something, first they say limit salt now the CDC says it doesn't matter.

CDC says Americans still consume too much, but studies show no benefit in reducing salt | KFOR.com

Before that it was coffee, drink more, drink less - who knows anymore what is right and what is wrong! Drives me batty.

Nope. I'm still going to wash my chicken. I wash my chicken then wipe down my kitchen with Clorox wipes. Works great.

This! Also, I JUST realized that I won't need to put sunscreen on the chicken any longer if I just turn down the oven a bit!
