Supplement Help

I feed my cat 100% grass fed beef as well as young chicken with bones, and calf liver. I am unable to get a variety of organ meats because the markets around here suck. What supplements should I give her to make up for the lack of variety in her diet?

I give her 200 vitamin E and 1000 Taurine a week.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, I really care for my cat and don't want to screw up.

Well calf liver has significantly more nutrients than chicken liver, so you are already better off than if you were just feeding chicken liver. Something like beef kidney has around 518% of the recommended daily amount of vitamin B12 in just 4 ounces, but then your calf liver has 279% in just 1 ounce!
However, beef kidney does have a much higher level of Riboflavin (which I have never heard of before now, but is apparently vitamin B2).

Honestly, I don't know exactly what you might need to add, or not, but I can tell you that you diet seems more balanced than a lot of the commercial diets I have seen which also only have liver (and claim to be AAFCO balanced). That calf liver covers your vitamins A and B12 really nicely. Maybe try plugging in your whole diet on a nutritional data site and see what might be missing?

Thank you so much for your reply! I will hunt around for beef kidneys in the supermarkets.
