Raw chicken wing tips

One of my cats will eat the raw chicken wing tip. I don't give it often but I bought a bag of wings and could see right away that the bones in the wing part seemed to be too big for the cat but she would eat the tip. I am only doing this because I read on this forum it would be good for her teeth and jaw. My question is, has anyone's cat gotten sick from these?

Both my guys have had raw once a week for their teeth for years with no troubles what so ever.

Book is now full time raw with bones three times a week and so far no problems.

Munch eats necks, wings, etc all the time. He does also eat the bones of the rest of the wing, just fine. But it took him a bit to work up to it.
