As long as you use all of the ingredients listed in the recipe and use 1/2 of each amount, I think it's fine.

I think it depends on what you're asking. If you are asking if you can cut his calories in half then no....

If you're asking if you can cut the ingredients in half and make the recipe then yes you can... but that will only be about 2.2 lbs and that's maybe 8 -10 days of food....

Yes, I meant cutting the recipe in half... and good lord, after cranking 2.2 pounds of food with a manual grinder I am DEFINITELY getting one with a motor... such a work out, haha.

Lol jamiebro!
But it's good to get a workout, isn't it? It could become a weekly thing for you! We can call you "muscle-jamie" by then, as you'll definitely have them, lol. But yeah, I know I certainly lack the muscles and strength to do it myself, that's why I buy commercial raw and do some chunks here and there for dental health.
Keep us updated on how your kitties like it!

I couldn't do it. That's why I just toss them big chunks of meat and bone and let them deal with it themselves.
