Proud Mama!

This afternoon I was getting the boys lunch ready. I dished up Book's raw meal and set it aside.

Little Neelix chose that time to figure out how to get up onto the counter. He beelined for Book's bowl and snagged a big BIG chunk of chicken.

I'll be darned if he didn't gnaw it down. He put it all together pretty quick because when I let him out after his dinner later tonight, he raced right into the bathroom to check Books bowl....and found a leftover chicken heart. He grabbed it and ran back into his room with it. Growling like a little lion.

So proud. There will be no problem switching my little beast to raw when I'm ready.

LOL...Neelix is a "fierce" lion under that cute exterior.

Luna is the same way....she howls up a storm if she smells raw anything...give her canned, she begrudgingly eats it...give her dry and she looks like you like you served her litter box material.

These little kitties KNOW what is good for them!

I love the description of him running with his caught prey and growling like a lion. Go Neelix!
