phone app problems!

Is anyone else having problems loading the phone app??
I've had to open the forum on my browser, on the phone (Dolphin browser) to try and reach the Cat Forum
Not the most user friendly experience...
I'll see if I can attach a couple of screen shots through this app...
OK...that's not working
Keeps saying theres been an error...

Phone App Problems#2

Tried Tapatalk, they are having Technical difficulties after new update....uninstalled...

now I'm not even getting notifications from the Cat Forum, this 'New Pet' app isn't a stand alone app, I've always had to get into it from my phones browser, super slow, not user friendly (my opinion) you can't just check 'Active' topics...you have to jump around through all the forums, to see who's posted new threads, always signs you out, whether you want to be or not....
I just , ask to leave the 'Enhanced' view...when I Have to sign in, because, the phone app isn't working...

Tapatalk works for me. I could never get the pet guide app to work properly. Like you said not very user friendly and hard to maneuver but it also randomly wouldn't load topics or pictures.

Maybe unistall tapatalk and try again?

Thanks Zuma! I'll try Tapatalk...again! Can you load pictures directly from your phone with Tapatalk?
LOL, I'm back in the 'Mini regular forum' on my phones browser, so I could check in!

Thanks again Zuma! One more question. ..Do you have any problems with it loading? When I tried it earlier, it was 'hanging up'! Really, really slow loading??!!

I'm glad Zuma was able to help.
If there is anything else we can help with, let us know.

Richard.

Hi Richard! Maybe you can help with this problem! The original PG free pet guide app is showing "Invalid License, this forum is currently not available on this app. Please contact the forum administrator." Problem is, I was signed in, when it decided to do this...So I can't get into the app to 'log out'...

I don't know if the 'New' pet guide app was to be a 'stand alone' app for phone users only, or you have to open it up through a browser, even on a phone...BUT, its never opened by itself...I've always had to open it through my phones browser.
When I've tried to open the app by itself, it always says "have communication problems with server!"
The original PG app was user friendly and easy to get around in...the new one is not!

Anyway...any suggestions for how to log out of the original PG app?
I really don't want to uninstall it yet, I keep hoping, that it just burped, and will come back on line!!
Probably just wishful thinking, I know...
Thanks!
Sharon
