Hi from snowy Connecticut

Just signed up. I have three cats, and they are currently suffering horribly because of the 3 feet of snow we have on the ground. Can't wait for spring. My name is June, and I wish it was June right now. We are experiencing yet another ice storm.

Welcome! And, I agree, spring can't come soon enough.

I'm right there with you, spring is just around the corner though. At least that's what I keep telling myself

This morning we put out food for our feral cat Fluffy, and he took off through 2+ feet of snow. It was quite comical watching him sink/run off. Bet he'll be happy for spring too!

Welcome to the forum, June.

When the snow is that deep fluffy stuff my cats have a hard time. I shovel paths for my house cats so they can at least go out to the shed and under the deck.

I also shovel paths to the stream and to the outdoor sundeck for my feral cats (this is on another property.) Lots of shoveling this winter.

Right now it is crusty so all the cats can walk on top.
