I'm very sad to hear about your losses. I recently lost my family cat at 18 years old and know what it's like to lose a longtime furry family member. I keep all my cats indoors for fear of the heartbreak you've experienced with your younger kitty, too. I'm getting a Bengal this weekend and can't imagine that kind of loss; yours must have been a beautiful baby. I hope your two babies now live long and healthy lives! Welcome to the forum, from another brand new member.

I have also lost a long time friend! My mom bought me a brown tabby kitten (Chester) when I was only 5 years old, and he was one of my best friends. He was hit by a car right before I graduated high school. It was so hard after having him in my life for 13 years and I still miss him to this day. It's definitely not easy, and I wish you the best!
