Hello! new owner of a baby cat

Hello,

My name is Boncuk, and I found a little babycat (I named her Safran) on the street 4 days ago very late at night. she was alone, very frightened and shivering. She had stuff coming out of her eyes so I thought she was just born, and abandoned by mother.
So I took her in. I didnt know what to do, so I gave her some cow's milk, put her in a shoebox and she cried the whole night.

Next morning I took her to the vet. Turns out she was 5-6 weeks old, very very underdeveloped and sick with an eye infection. She is getting shots every 2 days, daily vitamin paste, immune booster pills mixed in with her "critical care" food, not to mention various eye drops.
Vet was very pessimist about whether Safran will make it which got me really worried.
I work from home and I'm taking care of her 7/24. I barely slept the first 2 nights. Now she is getting bigger and better everyday and we are in love
She will be an indoor cat.
It's my first time as a cat owner (I had one when I was 10, but dont remember much). So I hope to learn here by reading posts about nutrition and cat behaviour. I hope to be with Saffran for a loong time.
