My name is Nancy and I live in Scotland with my husband and our cat, Jet. I got him from an animal rescue almost 18 months ago after my previous cat passed away. Jet's a lovely lad of 4 or 5 years, so good natured but a bit too friendly and inquisitive. I tend to be an overprotective mum who worries too much, but you just have to let them do their own thing don't you? Jet loves getting out and about. He has been known to catch a few mice but I really would prefer if he didn't bring live 'presents' back to me
I don't have any questions at the moment. Having said that over the last couple of months I've been reading about cat nutrition and trying to fine tuning his diet to keep in him peak condition. It is a bit of a mine field and theres so many conflicting views. My conclusion is - water is good: wet foods good; avoid grains;good quality meat protein good. Now all I have to do is convince Jet to eat what I put in his bowl.
