Hello everyone!

My wife and I have 2 cats (usually 3 but lost our little guy last September).
All of our cats were strays around our condo complex as we have provided food, water and medical assistance to every stray and feral cat that comes around for a quick meal or to say hello.
We are big advocates of animal charities, and believe there should be only no kill shelters and no vets that declaw cats.
Our cats are our children to us and we are always looking for new information that will assist us in making their lives better.

Welcome! and thanks for looking after strays and ferals. Yes I agree declawing is very cruel and unnecessary and and sometimes leads to lifelong pain for the cat. One of the things that you could do to make stray/ferals have better lives is to have them neutered/spayed. Some shelters have trap-neuter-return programs for ferals and volunteers are usually needed.
