I'm away from 6 am to 4 pm and home almost every evening and in and out all weekend long. He seems very content as a only cat, though I'm sure he'd be fine with other cats and dogs too.

I visited the breeders house. The kittens from each litter are kept in their pen, or if they're out always supervised. When they are using the litter box 100%, the breeder would then let let them sleep with them. They had a young niece who handled them regularly. Some breeders claim to socialize their cats but really don't handle them as much.

I'd like to say that all of their kittens ended up like mine, but I'm sure luck had somehting to do with it now.

In general, I can't say that my Toby is all that much different (energy wise) than any other cat. Feel free to ask me any other questions.

Sorry, I didn't notice I had a message until now.

You've seen my videos of him walking and playing fetch?

I got lucky, I think. He seemed very well socialized. he slept with me the very first night. After I got him I spent a good 2-3 hours with him every night, wand toys and dragging string type stuff. He has no destructive tendencies. I understand that cats get destructive when they're lonely and bored. I don't remember my last cat, but Toby really doesn't seem to be that much more active. He's is always ready to play, even when I wake him.
