So my kitten Nugget is 2 months old and I'm pretty sure he ate the feathers off his toy. Now, I'm wondering if i should call the vets office/ animal hospital... today I saw a bit of a lack of appetite and drinking water but did see him nurse from mom for a few min..... should I give him pumpkin or a hairball remedy to help push it though???

I would give him either one, don't think it would hurt him, and as you say may "help push it". Feathers are soft and think it should be OK. You should see some in his poop within 24 hrs. I would say, but if he is slacking off wanting to eat a visit to the vet is needed. When Fitty was a kitten he ate some foil that was the wrapping of a small cheese triangle. It could be seen in his stomach on an Xray, but then disappeared and he was able to poop it out. Had me worried that he was going to need surgery tho.
