My cat gave birth to this angel and he's 3 weeks old now but a lot smaller than his brothers. And one problem we are facing is this big wound he got from his mother. The mother harshly groom them and this happened. We dont have enough money where we can bring him to the vet which charge a lot. I dont know what to do.

That looks bad. His mother is inexperienced. I'd suggest finding the kittens a foster cat mom that is nursing. You need to clean the wound with warm water and put some triple antibiotic ointment on it. Make sure that you get the original ointment and not the one with pain killer in it.

Oh, you're welcome! The best thing for him is to be fed and raised by a female nursing cat but if you can't find one to foster him, that's fine but he may have some behavioral issues once he's older.
