9 week kitten urinating hourly

Hi I adopted a 9 week old kitten on Tuesday. He wees about once an hour when awake and I'm not sure if this is normal or excessive? I'd guess maybe 7 or 8+ wees a day. The wees are all similar size in terms of the amount of litter that clumps but I'm worried in case it's not normal.
