Your question reminds me of a funny story, though. When my little brother was about 11 years old or so (that puts me at age 17), he assumed that women lactated all the time. I used to complain about Sabby jumping on my chest because it hurts. And he goes, "Yeah, milk squirting everywhere!" He was a little more than embarrassed when I explained how lactation actually works.
