Hi all cat lovers. Some advice as to what this may be? Gizmo under vets. Has had numerous blood tests. Including antibiotics and steroids for other ailments but this is not getting no better. Many thanks.

Looks like eosinophilia granuloma to me. Does he eat out of a plastic bowl? If so, it may get better if you swap to stainless steel. If not, he may have a dietary allergy that’s causing this reaction.
