Lately my cat, Luna, has developed this strange fascination with the kitchen sink. She’ll just sit there for ages, staring at the drain like it’s the most interesting thing in the world. If I turn the tap on, she goes into full “National Geographic” mode - eyes wide, tail flicking, sometimes even trying to paw at the water.
She’s never been much of a “water cat” before, so I’m wondering if this is just a new quirk or if there could be something more to it. Has anyone else’s cat gone through a random “sink phase”? Did it pass on its own, or did you find a way to redirect the obsession?
