It came in that blue can, and you whipped it to make a thick whip topping. OMGosh, I loved that stuff! Rich's is closed down, but I'm wondering if anyone has a home made recipe that would match the taste. It's something that I remember from back when grandma was alive. Everytime we had holidays, she'd always use Rich's whip cream. It's so much better than Cool Whip! I want to have it for christmas when Dave makes that yummy pecan pie again!

The stuff on this page?
I've never had it, but when I want to make some really good whipped cream, I get a pint of heavy whipping cream whip it up until it peaks, then add some powdered sugar and whip it a little more. (Make sure its ice cold and you chill it while whipping!) Just don't look at the nutritional analysis on the back of the carton...its not good for you...but it tastes so good!

OMGosh, Dave said Rich's closed down! Thanks Nell! :D I don't see information on how to buy anywhere, so I'm going to call, and find out where the products are in my area.
