It came in that blue can, and you whipped it to make a thick whip topping. OMGosh, I loved that stuff! Rich's is closed down, but I'm wondering if anyone has a home made recipe that would match the taste. It's something that I remember from back when grandma was alive. Everytime we had holidays, she'd always use Rich's whip cream. It's so much better than Cool Whip! I want to have it for christmas when Dave makes that yummy pecan pie again!
