Freddie was having her bottle about 15 minutes ago when she spit some back around the nipple, so I took the bottle out, cleared her mouth and she began to sneeze some formula. She did that for a minute or two and started feeding off of mom. Did I just royally f this up and make her aspirate her formula? Freaking out like I never have before.

Never heard of a cat asperating, but I suppose it could happen. I'd guess she'd cough up anything but suppose you could have a vet listen to her lungs

Cats and kittens can definitely aspirate liquids, which is why any liquids administered orally must be done so carefully. Your kitten is probably OK, but if she were mine, I'd probably run her to the vet for a quick check of her lung sounds.
