Hello! Long time reader, first time poster.

My cat is about 10 months old (my first pet ever! ) and when I was trimming her nails last night I noticed that some of her back nails were darker in color to her front nails. Is this normal? Just wondering if it is something that I should be concerned about.

She is a Dilute Calico--mostly white with grey and orange spots.[/img]

Unless the cuticle of the nail looks unhealthy its perfectly normal for a cat to have dark nails.
