I'm very new to the whole cat thing. I just found a cat outside my apartment yesterday and I'm trying to make some flyers to see if someone lost it. The problem is, I'm not sure if it's male or female. I don't want to wrestle it down to the ground and try to search for certain male parts, but I was thinking that maybe there is a difference in how they pee. So, my question is, do female and male cats pee differently? Or better yet, what's the best way to tell if the cat is male or female? Thank you in advance.

If you can get a good look at the "tail end", so to speak, you should definately see some differences in anatomy :) But even then, it can be hard to tell unless you can get a little more hands on. But I don't believe there is a difference in how they pee.
