In my recent research concerning Zoë’s possible pregnancy, I've come across quite a bit on info on diets. I was just wondering what everyone else thought about dry food, canned food, homemade raw diets, grass, and herbs???
Let me just move this over to health & nutrition for you.
I don't think you can go wrong with a high-quality canned food. If you already have the knowledge and experience to do a homemade cat food, that would probably be good too. If not, this may not be the time to experiment with it. I'm unsure about grass and herbs, so I'll leave the rest of your question up to a member with more experience than me.
thanks for moving it for me
I'm interested in everyone's opinions. If cats are living 20 years on canned cat food then I really don't see the need to do the raw diet! But I want what's best for my babies and figure the more info the better.
I agree with Annissa, my cats eat only wet food now. They have been much happier and healthier since I switched. I think a homemade diet would just be too hard and I would worry that I wasn't giving a balanced diet.
