Bladder tear?

I understand a tear in the bladder could be caused by a motor vehicle accident, or other considerable blunt force trauma. Could a small bladder terra be created if a cat got stuck between a couple of doors. 10 year old 13 pound cat. The cat climbed up the windows of the door for safety but at the bottom, there is very little room. She still running around like a little kitten right now.
