Got my first Kitty, Jasper 7 months ago. He's 3or4 years old and came with No Assembly Required (Used the scratching post, didn't Really jump on things, well mannered etc). Now I've got a 10 month old kitten and want to make sure i raise him right. Is he still a kitten at 10 months? Of course my older one will ALWAYS be a kitten to me...
I need a book on kitten/cat raising basic training (if that's possible... I think Jasper was just born that way.) Any good recomendations?
Thanks!

Lady Grey, I have found some very good books on cats at a used book store. Since you live in San Rafael, Calif., you should have some good used book stores in your vicinity.

I think technically, a cat enters puberty/ adulthood at about 9 months of age. Is he still a kitten? The answer to that lies with the cat. :? I have an approximately 2 year old "kitten", who weighs 14 lbs. I say kitten because of his play antics. Chrissie is a kitten to me, regardless of how old he is. :)
