Hi my 1 Year old cat keeps bringing up white foam every 3 - 4 days she won't eat all day then the day after she's fine and starts eating again normally...she's fine till a few days later then it starts again...is this a serious problem I've noticed her breath smells sometimes also ...any idea what this could be ? ..thanks

I’m not sure what would be causing this. When are you bringing her to the vet to get checked?

Hard to say... Think a Vet check is in order just to be safe

I googled this and there are so many ailments that include this symptom. I won't post them because it may send your mind into the panic zone and you'll probably focus on the more serious causes (speaking from experience), but you really need to take your cat to the vet.
