Cat has gone reclusive

Our male cat, 5 yrs has suddenly stopped coming out into the open. Usually he is playful, quite energetic. We do not think he is sick. He comes out twice in 24hrs to eat and drink. The litter box is normal. He shows no signs of not feeling good. Just changed behavior completely
it started two days after us using Bravecto for possible fleas.
we are at a loss.

Hi there, Maggimay,

You would probably benefit from taking him to the vet for a more clear-cut answer, as the situation is so general that I find myself unable to provide you with any suitable advice. In the best-case scenario, he would simply be responding to the Bravecto, to which he could be allergic. It is good to hear that he is otherwise his usual self.
