my cat (she’s somewhere between 13-15 years old I think) has always had problems with little scabs all over her back but recently they’ve been so much worst, especially on her neck which have never been a problem before not to mention that the ones on her neck are much bigger than the rest. I have seen fleas on her recently but she’s always had these scabs and she normally wouldn’t have fleas. We’ve tried switching her food up a few times as well. Nose Brown Head Eye Eyelash

If your cat has fleas, changing the food will not help. The cat needs to be treated for fleas. The scabs may be a reaction to the fleas, allergy to something else or to the fleas, or could be a skin condition. In any case, you need to take this cat to a vet as soon as possible to find out and to get treatment.
