Greetings all, My names Jim and I have 2 cats. One is a 13 year old female named LT or Little Tiger. The other is a 11 year old male KC. I've come searching for help now, cause I'm not sure what to do after a hopeful trip to the vet I guess you could say. 3 weeks ago my female cat had a minor stroke and after a recent trip to the vet he gave us the all clear. The problem is she lost minor mobility and in back rear paw. She'll walk but if it slips out she screams. The vet told us its like a human having a stroke you gotta work out the legs to get her up and walking again. The hard part is, is he didn't tell us how. Moving her around and having her walk 4 feet at a time is not making her happy she just wants to sit. I think the muscles and everything are tight from all the sitting and probably a bit of arthritis. She was a very active cat and a playful fighter. Plus it doesn't help that our male knows she's weak he's still hyper and likes to tease her and she can't scare him right now like she use too. I'd really love if anyone knew any way to work her legs out I know it's gonna be a slow process but I'd rather give that a shot then go the other way with it cause you can tell she wants to move around again and dart around outside. Sorry for the huge post just not sure what to do anymore.
