Cat won't lower his tail

Noticed this yesterday. He always keeps his tail up all the time and keeps shaking it. And he won't eat, either. He still plays with the other cat, but something isn't right.

Nothing seems to be stuck, if you know what I mean. Constipation?

Just saw him back up to a wall with his tail down, like he's trying to scratch something. Off to the vet.

Marking he does with the tail up. He's at the vet now. Very constipated. Will probably get a kitty enema.
