I ordered a case of canned cat food that I truly thought my cats would like since they eat other varieties by this brand and they like salmon. It was not pate but all watery. Chewy refunded me. Now you can't beat that but dare I try another brand? There are no stores close to me that sell this brand or I would go there. Has anyone ever been credited for two cases of cat food?

Can you call and ask them their policy; if you tried another case, would they do the same or is there a limit.

I love chewy, but I don't know about their refund policies. I think PetSmart will take opened food back if kitty won't eat it. They probably just send it back to the pet food company, so maybe they won't care if you return another case.
A possible alternative: if this is a high-quality brand, onlynaturalpet.com sells by the can. It's great for testing out foods!

I use chewy and while I have never returned anything, I believe they do take returns. In my experience, they have great customer service so I would call (or chat online) and ask.

I have returned an automated feeder. They just refund me the money and ask me to donate the item to local human society. I never returned food
