I don't use plastic dishes, but both their chins look greyish and are constantly itchy (they constantly ask me to scratch them). Anyone any insight?

Prince also has acne, for which he got vet treatment some time ago but it didn't help.

Do you wash them periodically with gentle soap? That always helps MowMOw's when it gets itchy. Just a tiny bit of soap on a damp hand towel and scrub it gently. THen I wipe the soap off with plain water on another corner of the towel and dry it for him.

I'll try that when they wake up tomorrow. I have Petco Waterless Shampoo that I brought from the US, a spray that doesn't need rinsing off. And wet wipes I bought there too. Would these be ok?

Im not sure, when I asked the vet what to use he said the gentlest shampoo I could find. He suggested ivory soap since it's ...pure.. I guess.

I use Stridex pads on my guys chins. It is handy because the pads are abrasive & are premoistened. You can also try a baby wipe.
