I can peied in it's carrier yesterday and the urine was a real dark yellow and it was cloudy, does anyone know if this is anythign I should be worried about?

Probably not, unless the cat is also showing symptoms of urinary tract problems such as going to the box frequently, multiple small amounts of urine in the box, bloody urine, straining, crying, or going outside the box.
