My cats nose is ALWAYS dry. It peals all the time too. Is this normal? She is a 2 1/2 year old bengal.

I dont think cats noses are as wet as a dogs nose is, I think all my cats have relativly dry noses. However I have never seen their noses peel ever! Also based on this post and your post in the emergency section...I really think you should take your kitty to the vet for a check up!

allergies are a possibility for dry skin and peeling... be sure to mention this when you see the vet.

Some cats have really dry skin and one of my cats always has dark stuff on top of his nose but it isn't really dry, I hope your parents will be able to take it to the vet soon.
