My cat was recently treated with Revolution ten days ago for ear mites. She has since been isolated from the rest of the house due to two other cats we have. How long should she be kept in isolatio? I did notice her scartching her left ear and tilting her head earlier this morning. Does that mean the treatment isn‘t working?

Well here's what I know about treating ear mites with Revolution/Stronghold, some foot in the ear scratching is the drops working and have the mites moving around in discomfort, as far as how long before earmites are gone using Revolution/Stronghold, depending on mite infestation, I've seen it take some 3 to 4 app's (3-4 months) to really get mite population under control, others I seen 1 or 2 app.'s do-it........Liquid drops is the quickest way to knock out mites, but like in my case, drops are not possible........
FYI, I use Stronghold Plus, it's the same thing as Revolution outside the USA and whole lot cheaper, $42. bucks for 3 app.'s........petbucket.com, I've bought my Stronghold Plus there for many years, it either comes out of southeast Asia or out of France, no doctor's script needed and delivery in 10-14 days..........
