Hello! I was curious if anyone has ever encountered their kitty's protein allergy lessening/disappearing after switching from cooked to raw food?

My kitty is allergic to Chicken and Rabbit (along with many grains), and sensitive to all other fowl, we did a blood test and this has been confirmed. However, I'm curious if this was for cooked/commercial foods only- I'm not educated enough on how proteins change when they're cooked, or if this would make a difference with an actual food allergy.

Eventually I'm going to try him on raw turkey and duck (it's been months since he's eaten the cooked versions), but of course I'm leery about giving him some raw chicken to see "what happens". Has anyone had a confirmed food allergy calm or even disappear switching to a raw diet?
