Hi All, just joined the group and need help. my 84 year old farther in law recently lost his wife and now lives alone with the family cat. a neighbour was concerned about how much water the cat was drinking and took him to the vets for him. it turns out that the cat has some kidney problems and needs to be given a special diet for cats with kidney issues. My farther in law is worried about affording such a diet for the cat and doesn't know what to do for the best.
can anyone suggest a suitable but low cost food that he can feed the cat, he doesn't want to lose the cat as it was his wifes but like many of us money is tight so any advice would be most welcome.
