Hello, I am new to this forum.
I realized that there is a cat visiting my backyard. Does it look like a male/female? If female, does she looks pregnant? I am able to capture only a few pics from one single night so far... Thank you for your help!

I do not know much about this, but to Me? it looks kind of large-ish for a feral cat. Many feral cats are more skinny--ish looking. So it could either be a pregnant female cat or maybe a male, as they are usually bigger.
You might want to consider contacting your local TVNR organization to trap and neuter this cat. They can either come do it for you, or better yet, loan you a cage and give you instructions on how to trap a wild cat and which days the local vets have Feral Cat days. (lower prices for feral cats).
