hi everyone!

I am sooo happy. I just got a kitten, Lorren who's 10 months yesterday from a local rescue shelter. She has adjusted very well at my bf's place ( ive been staying there for some time) and seems to get along with my resident cat, Polo, who is about 6-7 months old. Both are de-sexed and through gradual introductions they seem to have hit it off and were even sleeping on the same bed today!

However, I will be moving soon to my own place which is only 15 minutes away but how should bring them there? As in, should I move all furniture first and then put them both together in one room for some time or just let them loose in the new place together or separately? It is a small flat.

Any advice will be appreciated. =)

When we had a stray that we kept, we locked her in a room for a few days. Then we would leave the door open and shut her in at night. After a few days of doing that, we would leave it open 24/7.

The first time we opened the door, she walked out, checked a few things, then ran back into her 'room'
