On the 18th of this month, My cat Wyvern jumped through a screen window, After searching for him all week I finaly found him last night. The problem is I have 2 other cats that wont stop hissing and growling at him, They got along perfectly before. I am pretty sure that they are just upset because of the foreign scent, but Im not sure what to do about it? Should I bath them all, or just Wyvern? If he is clean wouldent that scent be foreign as well? Do you think it could be something else? Any insights would be much appreciated!

Well, Im sure glad they stopped eventualy! This is driving me crazy, Its comparable to introducing a new cat to the family. Do you have any idea how long it took for them to get back into the swing of things?

I have my Bengal in her birthing room and occasionally we let her out to get a break from the demands of motherhood! My other tabby Sammy hisses everytime she sees her. The Bengal looks at her like she's crazy. This happened when Lily was being bred to the male they were in the same room and Sammy freaked when Lily was came out. She got over it in 2 days. Just let them be... they will sniff eachothers butts a few times and they'll get over it! Hang in there. I know it's upseting. In fact my girls are hissing right now. They were the best of kitty friends.

lol ***** *****, I'm glad the cats are getting along again. They are such strange animals! I don't know what the different smell is I mean my cat didn't even go outside she was just in another room for a few days and the other cat was hissing at her.

I have seem my male Ben, hiss at my sister for wearing an animal musk oil as perfume. Max dislikes any heavy perfume. When my daughters would come home with all their friends, (teen girls) the cats would go crazy because of the mix of various perfumes and hair stuff and of course the girls are all over giant Max..."oh he's so cute" all trying to touch him at once.....Poor Max
