Abscess? Fluid retention? Those are the only two things I can think of that might cause a floating swelling. In any event, I wouldn't delay getting her to a vet.

Help me!
So my Cat had a swollen leg 3 days ago, then the next day the other leg was swollen and the other leg was fine. Then today I woke up and her chest area is swollen on the side and both her legs are fine. She doesn't seem like she is in pain and hasn't had a change in behavior. She is 9 months old calico. I can't get to the vet today, and plan on taking her in the morning. I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas on what it might be?
