My two year old neutered male has recently starting pooping all over the house. He has been in the house since he was 3 weeks old, he was a bottle baby, and has never had this problem before. His litter box is kept clean, he will use it most of the time, but then for no apparent reason he will poop somewhere else. I've changed litter several times, he doesn't seem to have a preference, and I've tried locking him in the bathroom where his litterbox is for several days. He'll stop for a while, but then he'll do it again. I can tell by his behavior that he's done it again, even before I find it! He is the only cat in the house and nothing has changed in his routine. He is very loved and even sleeps in the bed with my son. Anyone have any idea why he might be doing this? :roll:
