i this this kitten we dont want his going to to the formal are cuz thats where all the china and sdtained glass stuff are he broke a stained glass already!!! o the room doesnt have a door
I hate to sound like a downer, but you'll need to kitten proof your home just like you would for a kid, which would mean protecting your collection in a hutch or with museum putty. I doubt you'll be able to keep him out of a room without doors. FYI, besides the lovely stained glass and fine china toys that you have displayed for his breakage amusement, he may decide to chew on electric cords, take flying leaps around your kitchen with your stemware, or other lovely kitten things.
I've had some favorite crystal dearly departed due to my little holy terrors before I wised up (I was more worried that the kitties got injured by the shards though). There isn't anything here that's not covered/bolted/molded/strapped/taped down. OTOH, there's no clutter now!
Cats are not inclined to respect "artificial" boundaries. Maybe a nice set of French doors would be nice for that room! Possibly something like ssscat would work (www.ssscat.com), but be careful not to set it off yourself!
