Hi there,

I have just moved countries, to LA, so no kitty's for me at the moment. Though I have had cats (and dogs sometimes) my whole life, and I'm currently feeling that hole. Shall be looking to adopt soon!

I used to work at an animal shelter in the UK where I was pretty much responsible of taking care of a whole building of RSPCA-rescued kitties.

On behalf of all Americans - welcome! lol. Also, welcome to the forum. I hope you enjoy it here. It is a great information resource and has many great cat people as members. What a rewarding, interesting occupation you had in the UK. I am so glad you will be adopting. You sound like just the type of person a kitty in need could use. So, once again - welcome. Take care.

Thanks! I'm enquiring about fostering. I think it would be good for the time being before I am properly settled.
