Hyperthyroid

Misty has now been on meds for hyperthyroidism for a year and is doing great! I give her meds twice daily in pill pocket treats and she looks forward to it. Thank God for this board...that's the only thing that got us both through it!

Her labs look good, but she is urinating more often. I know that could be a sign of diabetes, but she has no other symptoms and her glucose is within normal range.

Should I be concerned?

When was her last bloodwork run, and what were her creatinine, BUN, Total T4, and glucose at that time?

SweetPea, my senior hyperthyroid cat, also urinates a lot but his twice-yearly labs keep coming back with great numbers. He had done well on his meds and they have kept his hyperthryroidism under control. For a 17-year old cat he has a good quality of life. :) (I just have to clean his litter box more often!)
