I put a chicken carcass and two halved onions in to make a pot of soup earlier today. It's been simmering in there for four hours. I just strained it and picked the meat out to put back with the vegetables (Parsnips, Turnips, Fresh Parsley, Celery, Onions,1/2 bay leaf, 6 peppercorns, fresh dill and a two whole lbs of carrots). I swear just sniffing it clears my sinuses and makes me feel better.

ginger lemon aid,chop up some fresh ginger and boil the crap out it in a couple of cups of water, add lemon juice from fresh lemons, add honey too taste, drink hot!!! (favorite other liquids may be added to aid in relaxing and sleeping)
